What is Apple Cider Vinegar?

Apple cider vinegar, also known as ACV, has been used for centuries as a natural elixir. It’s the result of chopped apples being soaked in water at room temperature to allow the natural sugars to ferment and form ethanol. Bacteria then turns this ethanol into acetic acid for apple cider vinegar.
